Prices: Prices are wholesale. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Minimum Order for Shipments: Total minimum order is $250.00. There is no minimum for in-warehouse purchases.

Terms of Sale: All orders shipped FOB Ringgold, GA. Shipping charges are additional. All orders net cash, no open accounts. No COD orders are accepted.

Forms of Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cash and check for warehouse orders picked up.

Resale Numbers: We are wholesale only. We keep your state tax resale number on file. Please advise us of any change in company name, address or phone number to help insure prompt service. This information is kept confidential and not shared with any third parties.

Shipping: All packages are shipped via FedEx. All shipping and handling charges are based on the weight, size, destination and value of each package. Your shipping charges will be calculated once order is packed. Picking and packing orders will begin once a verified credit card is on file. Large orders will be shipped via truck freight and customer will be contacted regarding carrier. We do not ship outside of the continental United States.

Shipping Policy and Claim Handling: All glassware is handmade and imported. Imperfections and color variations are expected and are a natural result of this hand-made process. Therefore this is not an acceptable reason for return and should be considered when ordering. If breakage occurs in your shipment, please email us at info@Rhyneandson.com include pictures and descriptions. Please do not throw away packaging until all issues have been resolved with FedEx.
