Shipping: All packages are shipped via UPS. All shipping and handling charges are based on the weight, destination and value of each package. Your shipping charges will be added to your total once order is received. Large orders will be shipped via truck freight and customer will be contacted regarding carrier. For shipments outside of the continental U.S. contact us directly for freight quote.

Shipping Policy and Claim Handling: We review all glassware for damage prior to shipping. All glassware is handmade and imported. Imperfections and color variations are expected and are a natural result of this hand-made process. Therefore this is not an acceptable reason for return and should be considered when ordering.

If breakage occurs in your shipment, please follow the instructions below:

  1. 1.Retain the damaged item and box, including the entire outer shipping box and packaging material in which damaged items were packed.
  2. 1.Call UPS immediately at 1-800-743-5877 (PICK UPS) and be prepared to provide them with the tracking number listed on the box label. UPS will contact us and we will issue you a credit.
